We are an independent typography practice that collaborates to create award-winning typefaces, publications, and installations. Our mission is to represent a new, diverse generation that breaks away from typography’s norm. Undeterred by the status quo, we are committed to designing solutions that resonate with individuals who, like us, pursue excellence and embrace diversity.

Civan is a serif typeface with a matching text and display versions. Inspired by food culture, it attempts to answer the question: can we evoke the feeling of being nourished via type?
